Univision is looking for an Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks. Individual must be customer focused with high work ethic and enjoy working in a results-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills. The Office Coordinator will work independently and must be able to work under pressure and handle a variety of circumstances.
Receive telephone calls, e-mail messages, greet viewers and listeners, provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those that require priority attention.
Handle daily mail/packages, coordinate team calendar, meeting locations.
Assist Promotions Team with daily prizing for Radio and TV stations with proper filing of affidavits.
Work with Finance to process incoming accounts payable invoices.
Manage quarterly FCC (Federal Communications Commission) Reports for TV/Radio.
Provide TV/Radio PSAs report from Wide Orbit.
Upload Political files to the FCC website during political season.
Assist in coordinating station events.
Manage multiple competing priorities daily and execute within guidelines set, take initiative to assist as issues arise and find/propose solutions to problems as they arise.
Organize and order office supplies for Phoenix and Tucson.
Respond to requests for information from external and internal sources.
Maintain discretion regarding confidential information that passes through the office
Must communicate in a professional manner.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Must be proactive and open to working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and “can-do” attitude.
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities concurrently to meet deadlines.
Able to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be thorough and exhibit an ability to see projects/tasks to completion.
Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.
Desired Skills & Experience
Broadcast Media/Entertainment industry experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) Adobe, Social Media web platforms.
Must be willing to work in Phoenix, AZ
